Description of looks: He's a boo. He has a blue hat. End of story.
Short Description of Life: He was raised by a loving family. Then Bowser came and enslaved the boos. The boos turned evil, except Tom didn't because he was too young, and Bowser thought he was too scawny. Then Mario came and destroyed the Big Boo that was in charge. Tom was so thankful, he followed Mario secretly in his adventures. He almost blew his cover when another boo told him a hilarious joke in Super Mario 64.
